A couple of years back I wrote about "fashion rogues" the Rodnik Band and their wearable art pieces. Since then, they've produced a much more commercial collection for ASOS and now they're injecting their warmth and humour into this exclusive Rodnik x Peanuts collection for Selfridges.
The much loved American cartoon characters feature on a range of fun womenswear designs and accessories. The iconic cast sits alongside some of Rodnik's longstanding favourite motifs, including cheese, eggs and popcorn, with art references - see the Marcie Lobster Phone T-shirt, pictured above and the Lichtenstein-esque Lucy print top below - ensuring the designer remains true to his own point of view. A great, animated range for quirky fashion fans.
